The “Peonies Package” is my most popular wedding planning service. This includes My Day-Of Wedding Coordination services for the couples who have completed all their wedding plans and want a professional to execute these specific plans on their wedding day.

I tie up any loose ends so you will be at ease on your wedding day. I will conduct the ceremony and reception according to your specifications, so that your special day is flawless. On your wedding day, I will be your direct line of communication for family, the wedding party, guests, and vendors. I will communicate with and guide your vendors for set up according to the timeline. From start to finish, let me create the perfect, stress free experience allowing you to be a guest at your own event. I specialize in making your day an unforgettable memory!

·      Creation of Wedding Day Timeline Run of Show and Contact Sheet

·      Final Vendor Confirmations the Week of the Wedding

·      Rehearsal Coordination

·      Day of Contact for all the Vendors & Venue

·      Full Coordination from when You wake up through when the Reception Concludes

·      Basic Setup & Tear-Down of Personal Items

·   Floor Plan and BEO Review

·    Make sure Everyone Stays on Track with the Timeline

·    Assistant Day-Of Coordinator

·    Bustle Bride’s Wedding Dress and Fluff as Needed

·    Organize Wedding Party, Cue Ceremony and Send Down Aisle

·    Distribute Floral to Bridal Party and Pin on Boutonnieres

·    Transfer Personal Items from Ceremony to Recpetion

·    Communicate to Vendors for Introductions, Toasts, Blessing, First Dances, Cake Cutting, Sunset Photos

·    Pack Up Personal Items and Load into Parent’s Car

·      Handle & Solve Any Issues that May Arise Immediately

The “Perfection Package” is an all inclusive wedding planning service. Absolutely everything you'll need for your wedding day is taken care of by me. This service is catered to busy couples who want their ideal wedding, but may not have the time, or couples who just want a professional to handle the entire process. 

I begin with the logistics of your wedding day to make sure that your dream wedding comes to life. I will take care of every detail. Hire me to handle the stress of the day and your peace of mind on your wedding day will be worth every penny!

·      Personalized Budget Tracker and To-Do List

·      Site Selection and Floor Plan Layout

·      Review BEO and Contracts

·      Guest List Mailing and RSVP Management

·      Tastings, Vendor Meetings, Engagement Photos, Dress Fittings, etc. (will attend all appointments)
